For the grating of cheeses we have the options out of 6 different cuts, including cubes and julienne. For the block cheeses we can provide you with blocs of 1kg up to 4kg in vacuum packaging. We work with recognized manufactures for our different cheeses: mozzarella, emmental, gouda, edam, maasdam and cheddar as well as analogue cheese for the mixes.
